Summer 2026 Information
This upcoming season, we are taking a different approach to keep the sport growing and alive in the Genessee county and surrounding areas.
There aren't many growing youth girls' lacrosse programs in the area. We are here to promote the interest to play lacrosse and provide close-quarter educational experiences in the off-season.
Ruby lacrosse welcomes all ages (3rd-12th grade) in joining. Our Summer 2026 season runs from June 8th to July 30th. The season consists of small group practices, local scrimmages, and the option to participate in several tournaments with other club teams within Michigan to gain notoriety and more travel opportunities. These tournaments will take place primarily within Michigan, also Ohio and Indiana.
Summer Practices & Scrimmages
Practices: (M/TH) June 8th, 2026 - July 30th, 2026. No Practices/Events the week of June 28th - July 4th.
- Monday Practice Location: Fenton High School (Subject to change to Rock church location): 6/8, 6/15, 6/22, 7/6, 7/13, 7/20, 7/27.
- Thursday Practice Location: Rock Church (see "Location Details" page on website for directions): 6/11, 6/18, 6/25,7/9, 7/16, 7/23.
- Practice Times: 6-8pm
Day Scrimmages: Either held at Fenton High School, Grand Blanc or a location within roughly 60miles.

- Mouth Guard
- Cleats
Limited extra sticks & goggles available.
Ruby Lacrosse Teams Include:
College Prep 2026 plus - Those playing college lacrosse or just want to stay in shape can attend all 14 summer practices and the scrimmages before they head to college.
HS 2027 to 2030 Graduates - 14 summer practices, practice pennie, 2-3 local scrimmages & summer tournaments that fit your schedule.
MS 2031 to 2032 Graduates - 14 summer practices, practice pennie, 2-3 local scrimmages & summer tournaments that fit your schedule.
Littles 2033 to 2036 Graduates - 14 summer practices, practice pennie, 2-3 local scrimmages & summer tournaments that fit your schedule.
Tournaments - Will primarily be within Michigan, Ohio and Indiana.
Offered Tournaments:
- Meijer State Games - (June 13-14, 2026) in Allendale, MI
- Summer Showdown (Tentatively July 11-12) in Michigan
- NXT Grand Prix - (July 18-19, 2026) in Westfield, IN
- Summer Finale (Tentative July 25 & 26) in Washington, MI
