Tina Carr

Organizational Director of Ruby Lacrosse.

Tina has been around the sport of girl's lacrosse for roughly 7 years. Her role with Ruby Lacrosse is the main event coordinator. She is a wife, mother & grandmother to a loving family. Tina took this role as Director because she believes in what Ruby Lacrosse is offering to teach young girls the skills of lacrosse and life fundamental skills in a fun, competitive, and positive environment.

Here at Ruby lacrosse, Tina strives to reach & make every athlete feel wanted, desired & evolved to become strong lacrosse athletes.

Professional Background: Tina has an associate's in applied science & physical therapy.

Isabel Greene

Head Coach of Ruby Lacrosse.

Currently the Head Varsity Girl's Lacrosse Coach for Fenton/Linden HS aka "Heat Lacrosse" since Fall 2022.

Started coaching girl's lacrosse in 2018, for Cyclone Lacrosse and Legacy Center Girl's Lacrosse for 6 seasons straight. Trained beginners to experienced athletes to reach their highest potential and help them reach their own goals. Isabel has coached athletes that want to improve in a specific position to improve an athlete's general lacrosse game IQ.

Isabel played NAIA lacrosse at Cleary University in the WHAC Conference from 2017-21. The last two years at Cleary, Isabel was a Team Captain.  She played as a midfielder and took draw controls for the team. Was awarded the Cougar Award in 2019 and awarded All-Academic Team in 2020.

Graduated from Cleary University in 2021 with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Promotion & Event Management. Also, received two minors in Marketing & Entrepreneurship while receiving her bachelor's from Cleary.

Isabel graduated from Hartland HS in 2017 where she was a member of the varsity lacrosse team for 3 years. On varsity, she started as a defender. Also, she played 3 years of field hockey in HS.

Skylar Parks

Currently, the Varsity Assistant Girl's Lacrosse Coach for Fenton/Linden "Heat" HS Team. She coached for the Jr. Heat Middle School (6-8th) program and was the Assistant Girls Varsity coach for Hartland High School in 2023-24.

She has over four years of coaching experience. In 2017-19, she played for Siena Heights University on defense.

After Siena Heights, Skylar enrolled in the military, where she had the opportunity to coach for the Fayetteville Flames youth program in North Carolina. She was also the Head Coach for the Girls Varsity team at Cape Fear High School in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Coach Parks first got introduced to playing lacrosse by her older cousin that played in high school and taught her the basics. In 2015, coach Parks and a few other students were interested in playing lacrosse, and they finally organized a team for Fenton and Linden that is now known as the Fenton-Linden Heat.

Coach Parks says, "Lacrosse has brought me some of the best friends I’ve ever had. It’s a great way to get involved in my community and give back to programs that I benefited from."

Also, "I coach for two reasons. First, because I love the game of lacrosse. It is my favorite sport. Second, I want to share my passion with athletes and help them become the best they can be, whether that is on or off the field."

Alyssa Dugas

Currently, the Varsity Girl's Lacrosse Coach for Flushing High School.

Alyssa has roughly 8 years of girls lacrosse experience. She first got introduced to lacrosse her freshman year of high school. Throughout, her four years of high school she played midfield and graduated from Swartz Creek in 2019.

Coach, Alyssa then committed to play D2 lacrosse for Urbana University from 2019-20, but due to the covid pandemic her opportunity to play lacrosse her first year of college was taken away.

Coach Alyssa says, "I am coaching because I still have the drive and want to play and teach skills that I wish I would've been able to show. Watching the girls getting excited about learning something new or perfecting a skill is a feeling like no other."

Nick Jeffrey

Currently the JV Girl's Lacrosse Coach for Fenton/Linden HS aka "Heat Girl's Lacrosse" since 2022.

Graduated from Hartland High School in 2015. Went to Eastern Michigan University to get his bachelor's in science education and his Masters in Curriculum Instruction from Western Governors University.

Currently, Jeffrey is a Physics and Biology teacher a Fenton High School and involved in other leadership rules such as ECO Club Sponsor, Assistant Marching Band Director for Fenton Marching Tigers, a science tutor, brass player for the Fenton Community Orchestra.

In 2021, coach Jeffrey stepped in to become the JV girl's lacrosse coach for Fenton/Linden to give girls the opportunity to play lacrosse. Today, Jeffrey has 3 years of coaching and leadership lacrosse experience.

He believes in teaching proper fundamentals, strength training and supports youth sports and athletes to build their character, teamwork and grow as future leaders.

Shea Temrowski

Currently, the JV Assistant Girl's Lacrosse Coach for Fenton/Linden HS. Shea joined our team fall of 2024!

She graduated in Spring 2024 from Fenton High School and was a member of the Varsity Fenton/Linden "Heat" Girl's Lacrosse team for 3 years. She was a 3-year starter on Varsity playing attack and occasionally being an attacker starting on circle. Also, she was a Varsity Team Captain for her junior and senior year.

She has a total of 4 years of girl's lacrosse experience.

She grew up first playing volleyball for 5 years then made the switch to play lacrosse her freshman year of high school.

When we asked Shea, why do you to coach lacrosse? She responded, "I think I have the mindset and knowledge to be a good coach. I want to make athletes better and help athletes like myself fall more in love with the sport rather than always feeling the pressure to win and always strive for success. Lacrosse is supposed to be fun, not always work."

Brian Bader

Currently, Ruby Lacrosse and Jr Heat youth Goalie Coach. He has goalie experience from men's & women's lacrosse, and hockey sports.

Coach Brian is a graduate of Linden High School and continued his education from CMU with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and Political Science and minors in substance abuse and psychology.

Previously spent 13 years as paid on call Firefighter for a local community. Currently work as a construction inspector for the Water Resources Commissioner (WRC) of Oakland County.

Throughout the years, Brian's lacrosse experience starts when he was playing goalie for the Central Michigan University men's lacrosse club team from 1998-2000 and an assistant coach for the team in 2004.

In 2010, he was an assistant coach for the Orlando Outlaws boy's youth lacrosse (4th-8th grade) in Florida. Then in 2017-2018 was the goalie coach for the Grand Blanc girls Varsity lacrosse team.

Coach Brian started being a volunteer coach for the Jr. Heat (6-8th) lacrosse program in spring 2023. He continues to pour into the youth of girl's lacrosse in his community and pursues improving each athletes' weaknesses.
